An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a professional, confidential coaching service available to your employees and their immediate family members. Coaching support can help to:

Most organisations provide approximately 6 hours of support under the scheme. If after 6 hours, it is recommended that if the employee/family member requires further service, the employer may either extend the service or recommend that help be sought outside of the program.
