Certificate of Registration Course Real Estate

To be eligible to work in the Property Industry, you must complete the entry level course before application for a Certificate of Registration from the Office of Fair Trading can be considered.


The course comprises of 4 Units of Competency being:

  • CPPDSM3019A Communicate with clients as part of agency operations
  • CPPDSM4007A Identify legal and ethical requirements of property management to complete agency work
  • CPPDSM4008A Indentify legal and ethical requirements of sales to complete agency work
  • CPPDSM4080A Work in the real estate sector


The Certificate of Registration Course (Real Estate) is in partial completion of a Certificate III (Real Estate).

Study Options

  • Classroom - 2.5 days face to face
  • Correspondence - Self paced learning (72 hours time frame)

 

There are no formal educational requirements for entry into this course however; Industry Training Consultants have provisions in place in accordance with the Australian Qualifications Training Framework (AQTF) Standard 2.4 (iv) for the provision of assessing Language, Literacy and Numeracy competence. Once an application has been assessed by the training provider, a decision is made as to whether the applicant should undertake Language, Literacy and Numeracy assessment.

 

All work is marked off by one of Industry Training Consultants Accredited Trainers.
