Course Dates for CPD

The following are the projected dates for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) workshops for 2009.

Topic - Explaining Agency Agreements and Avoiding Misrepresentation (Property Management and Sales 12 points)

We aim to provide our clients with the highest level of service available. If you cannot find a workshop suitable to your particular needs, feel free to contact our office to discuss alternative arrangements.

We can also provide in-house workshops for larger agencies upon request, a minimum of 6 people is required for this.

Please note: CPD is an annual requirement for practitioners in the Property Industry. Each year the Office of Fair Trading authorises Compulsory Units which must be undertaken before your next Licence or Certificate of Registration renewal, therefore it is advised that all property practitioners check their own dates on their registation for their renewal, to avoid licence or certificate elapsing.
